- G - Grieving losses (returns to get even)

- M - Mood regulation via gambling
- B - Borrowing or depending on others
- L - Lies about gambling
- E - Efforts to stop fail
Treatment
- CBT with motivational enhancement
- Group therapy (Gamblers Anonymous)
- Naltrexone for craving reduction
